1. For entertainment and self-reflection only
Selmoon provides tarot readings, birth charts and related content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Readings are generated automatically from traditional card and astrological meanings and from the answers you give. They are not a live psychic service, are not scientific, and should not be treated as fact or as a prediction of future events.
Nothing on Selmoon is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. In the US you can call or text 988 at any time.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Selmoon or make a purchase.
3. Purchases
- Every purchase is a single, one-time payment of the price shown before checkout.
- There are no subscriptions, free trials or automatic renewals. You will never be charged again unless you choose to make another purchase.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Digital readings are delivered instantly on screen and by email.
4. Refunds
If your reading doesn't load, you were charged by mistake, or you're unhappy with your purchase, email hello@selmoon.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't need to give a reason.
5. No guarantees
We do not promise or guarantee any outcome, including in relationships, finances, or health. We never ask you to buy anything to "fix," "cleanse," or "unblock" your life, and you should be cautious of anyone who does.
6. Privacy
- What we collect: your first name, birth date, and optionally birth time, birth city, the other person's first name, and your email address.
- Why: only to create your reading or chart and to send you a copy. If you tick the box, we'll also send occasional free content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- What we never do: sell or rent your information.
- Where it's stored: your reading is saved in your own browser so you can return to it. Your email is stored with our email provider.
- Deletion: email us and we'll delete your data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
